Four-Dome Home Micro Community Homesteads
Each Homestead receives 1–3 acres of property which is equipped with 4 self-sustaining eco-friendly Dome Homes, balancing privacy, community, and productivity.
Each micro-community Homestead includes:
*4- Geoship-style bioceramic Dome Homes (fireproof, earthquake-resistant, non-toxic)
(Note: Many other Alternative approved eco-friendly Home models will be available for flexibility,)
Each Homestead will be made up of:
1- 2-3 bedroom Unit for owner occupant usage
3- 1 bedroom Units used as Airbnb rentals
*Off-grid power
*Atmospheric water generator
*Water catchment systems
*Container farm for food production
*Permaculture farming practices around property
*Advanced composting toilet and waste recycling
systems
*Full access to shared permaculture gardens,
and other regenerative food systems that will be
used throughout the Resort for all of the
community to benefit from.

Hippie Dave’s Firmament living Resort amenities will include:
*Central community gathering Dome and central
recreational center
*Healing and Wellness center including state of
the art med-beds
*Complete Equestrian facilities

Each micro-community Homestead forms the foundation for a nationwide network of sovereign living.
Investment Model: Build, Earn, Share
*Resort Staff operated Domes will be locatated around the Firmament Living Resort property, available for short-term stays by the general public.
Each investor or community member purchases a Four-Dome Block Homestead with multiple purchasing options:
- Absent Owner Investor Resort Staff operated 4- Dome micro-community Homestead
- Members owned, operated and occupied 4 Dome micro-community Homestead– purchased with money or work trade contract, Built on your own land located within the Resort using our design/build team.
All domes can generate rental income, community participation rewards, and shared revenue for the resort’s ongoing expansion and community growth.
Ownership Model: Build Equity and Independence
Each member receives:

Accessible Ownership Through Contribution
Not everyone has the full capital upfront — no problem. Members can:
*Work at the Resort to offset the cost of their micro-community Homestead lot and Domes by
Participating in the construction, maintenance, hospitality, or educational programs.
They will gradually earn full ownership while maintaining full control of their micro-community Homestead.
