TO ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES:
This Notice serves as formal and lawful notice to all public servants, law enforcement officers, administrators, judges, corporate agents, and personnel acting under the authority of any corporate charter issued by “United States, Inc.”, the Municipal Corporation formed under the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871.
BE ADVISED:
You are not operating under the original Constitutional Republic of The United States of America (est. 1776), but instead as an agent of a foreign corporate government. You are in violation of your oath of office and are hereby placed on notice of the following facts:
FACTS FOR THE RECORD:
1. “United States, Inc.” is a private municipal corporation, not the original Constitutional Republic.
2. Most federal, state, county, and municipal agencies operate under corporate charters, registered with D-U-N-S numbers and other commercial identifiers.
3. These entities act under color of law, not lawful constitutional authority.
4. Your allegiance is contractually and functionally tied to a foreign government, not to the sovereign people of the United States of America.
5. Any salary, benefit, pension, or payment accepted while knowingly violating the Constitution constitutes an Emoluments Clause violation, fraud, and potentially treason.
6. By accepting compensation from a foreign entity while claiming public authority in the Republic, you are in direct violation of Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution (Foreign Emoluments Clause).
7. If you continue to enforce corporate policies, statutes, and administrative codes upon free, sovereign Americans—particularly State Nationals—you are engaging in unlawful coercion, impersonation of public office, and acts of war against the People.
DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION:
You are hereby ordered to:
Cease and desist all unconstitutional enforcement of corporate statutes upon free Americans.
Investigate and terminate all operations derived from foreign corporate charters.
Declare allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America and operate only under lawful constitutional authority.
Refuse to enforce unlawful mandates or policies not rooted in the supreme law of the land: the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Failure to comply with this notice and to correct your position will result in individual liability, including:
Criminal prosecution for treason, sedition, fraud, and conspiracy against the Republic.
Civil suits for damages, violations of rights, and impersonation of lawful authority.
Global exposure as an enemy of the people and violator of your sacred oath.

This Republic is being reclaimed. The corporate illusion is over. You are either with the People and the Constitution—or you are against both.
This Notice is lawfully issued and recorded as evidence of constructive knowledge.

TO: All Officers, Agents, Employees, and Contractors Operating Under the De Facto Government Structure

SUBJECT: Immediate Cessation of Unlawful Authority and Operation Under Color of Law
Let it be known and declared:
We, the free and sovereign People, come in peace but with firm resolve to reclaim our Nation and restore de jure constitutional governance. It has come to our attention, supported by undeniable public record and lawful fact, that:
1. The United States Corporation (U.S. Inc.), under which your office currently derives its charter and authority, has been dissolved and lacks lawful standing.
2. All municipal, county, and state agencies, courts, and law enforcement entities operating under said corporate charter are now functioning as de facto agents under color of law, without legitimate or delegated power from the sovereign People.
3. The original Constitution for the united States of America (1789) remains the supreme law of the land, and your current operations, statutes, procedures, and enforcement actions are in violation of Natural Law, Common Law, and Constitutional Law.
Therefore, we hereby issue this LAWFUL NOTICE and DEMAND the following:
1. You immediately CEASE AND DESIST from any and all actions carried out under the authority of a dissolved corporate structure lacking lawful standing.
2. Provide proof of lawful authority, jurisdiction, and charter that authorizes your current office, enforcement powers, judicial functions, or municipal operations.
3. Reaffirm your Oath to the organic Constitution and to serve the People, not private corporations or foreign interests.
4. Stand down from all unlawful enforcement actions, statutes, or policies that violate our unalienable rights, including but not limited to freedom of speech, right to travel, bodily autonomy, due process, and property rights.
Failure to respond to this Notice with full transparency and rebuttal within 21 days shall be deemed tacit agreement to all facts herein, and a violation of your oath and public trust.
Continued operation without lawful authority will result in:
– Commercial liability,
– Public exposure,
– Peaceful resistance, and
– Potential common law or international lawful action for fraud, impersonation of public office, and crimes against humanity.
We are awake. We are united. We are sovereign.
We stand not under your corporate statutes but under Natural Law and the original constitutional republic. Let this serve as the spark of restoration for all free Americans to reclaim their counties, towns, and lives.
You have a choice: stand with the people — or stand down.
