U.S. “citizenship” under the United States Corporation is legally distinct from being a national or sovereign of the original Constitutional Republic. If the corporation no longer exists, then any citizenship contract or commercial status under it:

The Catch-22 of Filing Within a Defunct or Fraudulent System

Get your original birth records from your county
records of the town, city, it was recorded in.
Write a letter of repudiation of your all Caps name, a fraudulent entity, they gave it to you at birth, and you must repudiate your status as a citizen of the US INC.
You must claim ownership of that entity they created, and claim your status as a State National of the state you were incarnated in.
File all of this with the Attorney General and Secretary of state of the United States of America constitutional republic.
Publish it on the internet, post it in a post office, send it through the postal system, and file it in your files.
Make a copy of all you did and carry it with you, and have it all saved on your phone.
Congratulations you are now a State National!

Title 8 section 1101 A21 and A23 – Definition of a State National
A21- The term “national” means a living soul owing permanent allegiance to a state you were incarnated into.
A23 – The term “naturalization” means the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after incarnation/birth, by any means whatsoever.
An American State National is either: (1) naturally born on the land and soil of an American State such as Wisconsin, or (2) after being naturalized as a United States Citizen, is a foreign-incarnated/born man or woman a living soul, who voluntarily accepts and publishes their adoption of a specific American State as their permanent home and domicile.

We the People will show you in this article 100% proof that you do not need a “driver’s license” or a” vehicle registration” to operate any personal automobile as a private individual to travel in this country we call, The United States of America Constitutional Republic!
Also, we will show how we can receive our true ownership of our private property/Automobiles and other transportation modes. Because what we all need to receive is our MSO, or better known as, your” Manufacturer Statement of Origin,” which is the true ownership papers, not what the DMV gives us, only a “certificate of ownership”. This just isn’t right, we should hold the MSO in our files, it’s our Automobile not the States, this has got to end now, it goes against everything we hold dear, we demand the Right to travel Freely, and our right of ownership of our private property, without paying fees to travel on our roadways, that we build, it is our property isn’t it?
Without freedom to travel freely and have the ability to fully own private property, there is no true freedom!
