Membership and how it work
Membership at the Firmament Living Resort is a commitment to building and maintaining a visionary lifestyle. Members actively participate in all aspects of the resort’s development and daily operations.Member Responsibilities:(Outside vendors will be used, but members will be overseeing all projects.)Construction and maintenance of all domes, trails, roads, and infrastructure, Landscaping and Groundskeeping food cultivation, harvesting, storage, and Distribution staffing the Welcome Center and Guest Services operating the organic restaurant, gaming, and recreational Centers managing the equestrian center and all on-site Operations every member plays a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of the resort.

Working Benefits:$30/hour wage for 3 days/week, 3 hours a day
4 weeks of annual vacation for the first 3 years, increasing to 5 weeks after year 3, and 6 weeks after year 6
1 share in the co-op with quarterly profit Dividends including lifetime dividend payments, transferable to Heirs retirement from co-op duties after 18 years or earlier by Choice
